Creating a new Premiere Pro sequence
- Just as you could import an After Effects Comp into a Premier Pro project, you can do the same inside of After Effects. Bring a Premier Pro Composition or Sequence inside. This makes it easy if you want to take advantage of Premier Pro's ability to play back footage in realtime, or maybe use some of it's advanced color correction tools, or maybe you're collaborating with an Editor and you always want your After Effects project to stay up to date as the Video Editor makes changes. In any case, the workflow is pretty straight forward. Inside of After Effects, let's close the current project. I'll now choose File, Save As, and give it a new name, and let's call this AE_PR_DL_DEMO, so you can see how these two programs work together, and I'll click Save. Now, I can choose to make a New Composition to hold things, Composition, New Composition, let's call this Rough Design. I can adjust the settings here. I'm going to go with HDTV 1080 at 29 97, and click OK. Now, I can go to the File…
