Editing a clip in Audition

- Adobe Audition is a companion tool to Premiere Pro that's specifically designed to edit audio. It's a full featured tool and very in-depth but if you just want to jump in to do some quick fixes, that's easy too. Fortunately, Premiere Pro and Audition make it simple to hand files off back and forth. Now I've got the sequence open, and if you've opened the project, you might have to reconnect media. Be sure to preserve any interpret footage settings when reconnecting. Let's have a listen. (piano and narration) I like it, but I'd like to send one of the tracks over to Audition for a little bit of extra work. With the sequence selected, let's press the tilde key to open it up. Here's the music track. What I can do is with a right-click, I can choose edit clip in Adobe Audition. It'll render and replace and swap that out with a new file.
