Exchanging files and media with Audition
- If you're working in a Premiere sequence, you may find yourself wanting to hand off to Adobe Audition. Now this happens less and less because the Essential Audio panel in Premiere Pro is really quite versatile and is build upon the technology that comes with Audition. But if you want to hand things off, there are still times to do it. Let me show you two ways to exchange with Audition. In Premiere, I've got my project open. I had done a Save As earlier for stage two, but you can keep working with the stage one project if you want. And in the Project panel, I can select the sequence and choose Edit, Edit in Adobe Audition, and send the sequence because I selected a sequence at the project level. Now what it's going to do is ask me to name the project. Let's call this AUDIO MIX. And I'll hand off the entire sequence.
