Exchanging files and media with Photoshop
- As you're working inside of Premiere Pro you may find yourself wanting to go back to Adobe Photoshop. There is really two ways to do this and I want to show you how fast and simple it is. First up, if you've already got something in your timeline you could just select the individual file, maybe I want to apply an enhancement to it, with the graphic file selected I can go a head and choose this here, and select that I want to edit this in Adobe Photoshop. The file opens and you're able to work with it, now any changes you want to apply can be done, let's go ahead and boost the saturation a little bit, and apply a simple auto curve, alt, option or I'll click on the word auto, and tell it to fix the per channel contrast, and snap neutral mid tones, and you see there we have a nice removal of the color cast and a boost to the color, now what I can do is close that, and save my changes. This will be a destructive edit, because we're working with a JPEG file, that doesn't support layers…
