- If you've added markers into a Premiere Pro sequence, it's possible to move that information from Premiere Pro into After Effects. Now, there are a couple of things to look at when you do this move. Let's start by going into After Effects, and adjusting some preferences. In After Effects, I'll make a new project. Let's save this project, and I'll store it in the same place that I was working before, and I'll call this Project Start.aep, and click Save. Now what you want to do is switch back to Premiere Pro, and in your project panel, locate the sequence that you want to move across. Choose it, and select Edit, Copy. Now, switch to After Effects, and choose the project panel, and choose Edit, Paste. You'll notice that a folder of media is brought across. In this case, all of the elements that were used.
