Exploring the Angle Viewer
- Before you put any clips into the timeline, you can actually put a rough-cut together in the angle viewer. This makes it easy to initially switch between the different angles, making your best guess. Along the way, if you change your mind, don't worry, you can easily switch within there, and of course, once you add it to the timeline, that's where additional editing can occur. Now to start, I'm going to select my multicamera scene, and choose Edit, Duplicate Clip. And let's rename this SCENE1_TAKE1 EDIT. That's the one we're going to work with. It's loaded and I double-click to put it in the timeline. Now, we'll make some tweaks with this a little bit later, but on the right here, click where it says View and choose the angle viewer, Show Angles. Now, we can make a little more room by expanding this window and get a good balance here between the two sides. You'll notice that it reflows and it currently shows this four angles.
