Faster encodes with constant bit-rate encoding

- One of the more advanced options you have in Adobe Media Encoder is to encode with a constant bit rate or a variable bit rate. And those terms do mean what they sound like. A constant bit rate is like an even coat of paint across everything, using the data the same amount for every second for every part of the video. Whereas a variable bit rate allows that bit rate to adjust and modulate depending on how much motion or change there are in the frames. So constant bit rate is always going to be the faster encode, and variable bit rate is always going to be the higher quality but take more time. Let's take a look at how we can access constant bit rate and make adjustments to it.
