Flattening the multi-camera sequence

- Playing back multiple streams of video can be a bit taxing on the system. It also gets a little tricky if you want to start to finesse things like slightly scaling a clip. In this case, what I'm going to do is flatten the multiple sequencer. I'm going to take the multi-cam clip and turn it back into regular footage. But I suggest if you do this, that you work with a copy of the sequence. So let's go back to editing view now, since we're done with multi-cam, and we'll go over here to our Dust & Bone sequence. There it is. And I'm going to duplicate this and rename it Dust & Bowl Fine Cut. There we go. Now, let's go ahead here and double click to open up the Fine Cut. What we're going to do is select everything in the sequence, then right click and choose Multi-Camera, Flatten. And you'll see that it goes back to regular footage. Now if you right click again and choose Multi-Camera, you'll see that it's grayed out.…
