Freeze frames and Premiere Pro projects

- Now that you've got a handle on Dynamic Link and how some of the Adobe apps interplay with each other, let's explore a couple of specific workflows. First up is a freeze frame, and there are really two ways of doing this inside of Premiere Pro. First, you can decide to open up a project, in this case I'm working with one called Other Workflows, and I've opened up sequence number one, freeze frame. With the playhead on the frame that you'd like to use, you have two choices. You can right click and choose frame hold options and what this will do is create a temporary file. You can choose to hold on just this frame and when you click OK, it becomes a freeze frame for the entire duration of the clip. Let's undo. You can also choose to add a pause, so insert a frame hold segment. What this will do is play the clip in real time, freeze, and then resume. Let's undo again.
