Improved performance drawing thumbnails in the Media Browser

- The media browser panel is where you go to navigate to find media that you want to import and you can browse traditional hard drives as well as memory cards from here. This has been boosted for performance. Let's navigate here in the media browser and we'll take a look at some footage. What you'll see there is that the files are caching. So as you scroll through a folder, it starts to build thumbnails. If we switch to another folder, you see it makes the thumbnail. The change here is when you go back to folders. You'll notice that they very quickly loaded and didn't need to be regenerated. What happens now is it's much easier as you start to access material, you'll notice that it's going to cache those files, so switching folders or returning to folders that you've previously browsed is going to load so much faster.
