- I'd like to take a moment to look at the three ways that you might actually work with media, that's inserting, moving, or removing content from a sequence, and the two ways in which that happens which is the insert mode or the overwrite mode. So, I'm going to demonstrate this using this number six, insert and overwrite sequence. I'm working a complete version; you can start out with the begin version if you want to follow along. And, I'm going to demonstrate this in particular, I'm just expanding the mixed media bin, and I'm going to open up this gull clip.
