Managing preferences files

- When you're taking the time to set up Premiere the way you want, you're going to start to build up a bunch of preference files. Knowing how to manage those preferences is important, so you don't accidentally lose them. If you've built up some custom settings, I suggest you go in and access your Creative Cloud ID and choose Sync Settings Now. This will allow you to back those up. If you want you can also choose to Manage the Sync Settings. This is even more useful. Here, you can decide what is going to be synced. You can decide to back up your preferences, your workspaces, and your keyboard shortcuts. You can also decide what happens when you sync. Always upload the local settings or always download the settings. Generally, I prefer to upload my settings, but if you want to have the flexibility, you can ask for preferences.
