- [Instructor] There's no doubt the essential sound panel is a powerful tool for improving and adjusting your audio. But perhaps it makes more sense if you understand how to manually adjust audio first. And I'd like to take a moment to look at the standard controls in the timeline panel in the Effect controls panel. I'm in the manual audio level sequence and I'm actually in the editing workspace. Because it's not necessary for you to be in the audio workspace to adjust audio level in a sequence. This is a fairly simple sequence. We've got a series of clips of a desert. And some music to go with it. So we know what we're working with. Just go to the settings menu in the timeline panel and show audio names so we know which track it is.
