- As you build your composite, it's important that the foreground and the background match. Now, Abba, this one is pretty close because when you shot it, you'd already picked out the backdrop, so you knew what you were doing. - Well, yeah, I was pretty lucky, actually. - All right. - Luck is 50%. Maybe 80%. - All right. But, we can still make a few tweaks here, so let's go ahead and select our foreground layer here, and I'm going to add a curves adjustment, but tell it to group with previous. This way, it only applies to her, 'cause I like where the background is now. So, we can do that and I'll just tell it to create the clipping mask, and you see it indents, so now any change we make is only applied to her and you see that she's only adjusting, like we're modifying her lighting. - [Abba] And if you forget to do that, which I've done often, it actually affects all the layers and I won't be able to convert her,…
