New Video Limiter effect

- There are several updates that will affect how you color correct inside of Premier Pro. The first is a useful effect called the video limiter, which helps ensure that a video clip keeps its signal in the desired range. To access the video limiter effect, I suggest that you switch to the color workspace. This'll make it easier to see your shots, and you can also select some footage that has very high levels of color to best see this. The effect available in the effect controls panel. Just type in the word limit. You'll see that there's obsolete video limiter legacy. This was preserved for backwards compatibility with older sequences, but this effect has been officially retired. What you want to take is the newer limiter effect. It's right here under color correction, and you can drag and drop that onto a file.
