- [Instructor] Let's now make some basic audio adjustments to our Ovens of Cappoquin project. I'm going to load the pre-audio sequence and, here, you can see that I've added some music onto the project, so I'll play over this so you can see how things are sounding. (mellow music) - I love bread; good bread is really lovely. Good bread is good for you, yeah. We are a very, very small family-run bakery with four generations in the village of Cappoquin in West Waterford, Ireland. You've had-- - [Instructor] Okay, so we have a nice Irish tune here, but you could probably hear that we need to fix some things audio-wise. And the way we go about this is we fix our principal audio first, so our interview dialogue here, and to focus on that, we're going to solo it. So I'm going to click on Solo Track on A1 and, now, when I press A1, I only hear Esther. - [Esther] Bread, good bread is really lovely. Good bread is good for you.…
