- [Instructor] The more you familiarize yourself with Premiere Pro, I think the more two things happen. One is that specific habits get ingrained in your behavior as an editor, and you just use things as you know them because the workflow works and why change it? But the other thing that happens is you start having a deeper understanding of your needs as an editor and the ways that you like to post-produce your films. And so these two things kind of clash. There are a number of ways that you can modify the user interface in Premiere Pro to really make it your own. One of the obvious ones, of course, is that you can resize panels. And there's this strange thing in the interface. If I resize to expand the Tools Panel, I'm going to have to go over here to the Timeline Panel and squeeze it again from the other side.
