Selecting the Title tool

- [Instructor] In this movie, we're going to take a look at accessing the title tool inside of Adobe Premier Pro. I'm here in my chapter 1_5 sequence, you can find that in your chapter one bin. And if you've used Premier Pro for awhile, you might have created a title in this way, which is to go to the file menu, choose new, and then select legacy title. While this will allow you to create a title, this doesn't actually connect to the essential graphics panel. I'm going to close that window out, and even notice that there was a title created here directly in my project. I'm going to select that and just press delete. What we're interested in is the actual type tool that's available on our toolbar. I'll first of all just drag my play head to the beginning of the timeline, and if you click and hold down the type tool, there are two different ways that you can type. One with the type tool, the other with the vertical type.…
