Set a target export time with Time Tuner

- The Time Tuner in Adobe Media Encoder is a powerful tool that lets you actually adjust the running time of your video on Export. That is powerful, but also something to be careful with. Let's take a look. I'm here in Adobe Media Encoder and you can see I've got a timeline from Premiere Pro in here, so a finished program. Now, I'm gonna click into the Export settings so you can see where the Time Tuner is. And it's here in the effects panel, down toward the bottom is Time Tuner. So, if I turn that on, you can see that it has the current duration, as well as the target duration, and they are the same. But now that I've turned on Time Tuner, the blue indicates that I can adjust either the target duration or a percentage change in duration. So, why would you do this? Let's say we have to deliver this not at 1:19:19 frames, but exactly at 1:20:00. So, I can get in here and edit carefully and I'm basically going to be stretching this video by a fraction of a frame.
