Setting up your tracks in Premiere Pro

- When it's time to get started, it's pretty easy to get off on the wrong foot. Cheryl, what are some of the things we need to think about when we make a new sequence? - Well, for audio, you have to think about your tracks, what types of tracks you want to create, and you also have to think about your final output. What is your final output? Is it mono? Stereo? Multi-channel? That all goes into creating new sequence. - So, why don't we go ahead and get a sequence created and make some of those choices. - [Cheryl] Choose File, New. Choose Sequence. - [Rich] Alright, and it's a little overwhelming at first. We've got a ton of presets here. These presets are designed by Adobe engineers with partnership with the companies. If we were doing something like a RED project, and I knew that I was making a four and a half K project, I could choose a preset to get everything configured. This is just meant to save you time. In the future, you could actually make your own and store them down here…
