- So, whether you've done this aesthetic assessment of the cameras before or after, at some point you're going to have to turn to the tech side of things and actually try and dial things in on a technical precision-based evaluation. - Yeah, one of the things that's going to become critically important, particularly with multi-camera post production, is that the cameras match up, now, of course, getting a camera to aesthetically match is a lot easier when you're using the same frame rate and some of the same menu settings, but what I'm talking about is just the sheer technical backend, it becomes incredibly difficult to do a multi-camera edit if the footage isn't matched, now many older systems required that it was actually the same codec, and everything was exactly the same. Fortunately, as computers have evolved, and we've seen some things moving forward, you can usually get around this either through transcoding, or some systems can work natively and will make adjustments on the…
