Titling: Using text to inform and elevate the project

- Titles are an important part of most video projects. They allow you to convey information, label important aspects of the video and even establish a mood or a feeling. Titles can appear in many forms. One of the most classic uses of titles is the lower third, which is an identifying title that tells the viewer who appears on screen. Here are some basic examples of lower thirds, each of which looks different, matching the aesthetics of different video projects. Many editing programs come preloaded with lots of different lower third templates that you can use or modify. It's all about creating different combinations of font, color, size, spacing, alignment, and style to build compelling lower third title designs.
