- The second most popular platform for sharing video with social media users is Facebook and video on Facebook has grown significantly. Let me show you how you can upload a clip to Facebook as well as captions. On Facebook, you can go to your own personal page or company page. Then just click the button to add photo or video. Navigate to the video file and click choose. If you'd like, you can add extra information. Once the video finishes uploading here, you can click post, as well as determine who can see it. For example, you might want to set it to only me until you know the file is working. Then click the post button. The video is now being processed. You can also take a look at your videos to see it. Shortly, you'll receive a notification that the video is ready. You can check it under your notification settings, here. Or click the view activity log and you can see what happens.
