- Earlier, we talked about uploading directly to Youtube from some of the NLEs. And that's a nice feature. But you might need to upload on your own. Let me show you how you can upload a video and a caption file directly to Youtube. Now, what you're gonna want to do is, choose and log into an account, and then go to creator studio. Let's go to the video manager. And I can select the previous upload of this video and choose to delete it. And I'll confirm yes. Now, I won't have that video already in my account. Let's click the upload button, and we can select files to upload. I'll go to folder eight and video with sidecar and select the video. Now you can also try selecting the XML file. And in this case, it said, well that's not a video file. So dismiss the error. You see, you're gonna have to add that later, once the video is up.
