Using the RGB Parade

- If I only had one scope open, it's usually the RGB Parade. This is because it helps me see both color balance issues, and exposure issues, in one scope. Let's select the next shot here, and I'll press "x" to mark the clip. Now, from the scopes area, I'm going to enable RGB Parade, and I'll turn off the Vectorscope. From the pop-up here, you'll see under Parade Type, that you can change this. There are different Parades that you can look at, for different types of color. You can look at just a greyscale image, this is RGB, but they're viewed as white. Or you can see them in their actual colors. What I can tell by looking at this, is that there's a problem with the clip. Let's select it here... And you can see if I toggle this particular curve here, a little shift. Well, let's ignore that one for a moment. But go back up to the basic correction, and properly color balance this. I can tell that the shot has too much blue in it.
