Using graphics: Gradients for shapes

- [Instructor] If you find yourself using the graphic tools inside of Premier Pro, there's a very welcome addition and that is the ability to easily modify gradients. Let's go ahead here and create a new title. I'll choose file, new, graphic. Now it automatically takes on the settings of the open sequence and we have the ability to start to create here. Let's take the rectangle tool here and I'll start to drag to create a lower third bar. There we go. Let's move that down. And instead of it just being filled with a simple color, I'd like to introduce a gradient. So, over here in appearance, I can click. And you'll see the choice of both solid, as well as linear gradient and radial gradient. A linear gradient is going to be a straight line and this allows you to choose the different colors. For example, I can say, start with a nice, deep, dark, blue. Let's move this over a little bit. And go to a darkish purple. Additionally, I'll click on the top opacity stop here and I can say start…
