Using a tension background

- As a photographer I often don't have the luxury of having extra help setting up a green screen, so I like to use portable green screens and there's a couple that I really find very easy to use. I can put them in my car, bring them onto the set, set them up quickly so I'm not delayed in starting my shooting. One of the ones that I like is a tension mount. And what's great about this is all I have to do is open it up and lift it, and as you can see, there's no wrinkles, and it stays up. I just pull it up, and it stays nicely. There's a scissors in the back. It's just like the screens for a movie, but it is chroma key green. And you'll notice it's relatively bright, and that's great, because if it's bright I don't have to worry about throwing that much extra light on it to make sure that it's properly lit. And this is really nice. When I'm done I can just slide it down, throw it in my car and I'm good to go.…
