The Vector Motion effect

- Graphics and titles created in Premiere Pro are vector art rather than bitmap or sometimes called restorized art. That mean's they are the theoretical expression of a shape or of text rather than pixels. For this reason you'll notice if I have a graphic selected in the vector motion sequence here, in the effect controls panel. I have two forms of motion effect. I've got a video motion effect and a vector motion effect. Even though these two circle are drawn in Premiere Pro and are therefore vector art, if I use the video motion effect to animate and in particular to scale these circles, they will behave like pixels. Premiere Pro restorizes the vector graphic and then uses the restorized version to produce the effect.
