- One powerful automation in Adobe Media Encoder are Watched folders. This is where you can set up a folder just on your machine, on your desktop, outside of the application and it's watched by Media Encoder so that any video you drop in there is then processed and encoded based on the settings that you assign it. Let's see how this works. I'm here in Watched folders. And I'm gonna create a folder and I'm gonna make a new folder on my desktop to be watched. So we'll call this Watch Test, and create, and then we're gonna choose that. And you can see this is the location, my desktop, Watch Test. And then I can assign it any settings I want, including multiple settings. So, let's just say that I wanna go ahead and make a Vimeo 720 output and then I can add another setting, just like I would add multiple settings on my regular output jobs. And let's say this one's gonna be a YouTube 1080. Okay? So now I've got this special folder that will automatically make two files. And they're gonna…
