- In the previous movies, I mentioned how important it was to be able to quickly look at a shot and within about a minute or so, figure out what that shot is telling you in its raw state, but also be able to tell what problems it has and how you would fix them, and more importantly, try to figure out all the creative possibilities that that shot might offer. But I also stress that client feedback and input is really important. A client's sensibilities of where a shot should go shouldn't be taken lightly. And you have to merge what your brain and eyes are telling you about a shot with what your client is telling you about a shot. And so I wanted to put that into action in this movie and show you a couple different scenarios. And I want to describe the scenario to you and then show you kind of a before and after of where that shot went. So let's take a look at this shot. It's just a still frame.
