What you can expect to learn

- [Instructor] This course begins by establishing the fundamentals. You'll get a recap of the key principles in the Premiere Pro user interface design, followed by approaches to personalizing the editing experience, and then key editing techniques every editor should know. Next, we'll explore media management fundamentals to make sure you're comfortable importing and preparing multiple types of media. We'll also explore some advanced project and media management workflows. You'll learn some fast editing techniques, shortcuts, and advanced editing, and sequence management features. Then we'll move on to effects, focusing less on deep dive features and more on the principles behind the effect workflows in Premiere Pro. You'll learn about the titles and graphics workflow, including multiple ways to create and use presets. We'll explore audio editing, fast and slow, using the essential sound panel to clean up noisy dialogue and the parametric EQ effect to make subtle adjustments to clip audio. Finally, we'll explore some advanced skills, including workflows with Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Audition. By the end of this course, you should feel you have a better grounding in the core principles behind the workflows in Adobe Premiere Pro, and a better grasp of the advanced workflows that will speed up your post production and broaden your horizons for creativity.
