- Just as raw photography is caught on the photo world, raw video is making a splash in the video world. Raw video gives you a lot of flexibility to make adjustments in the footage after the fact. Increased bit depth to better define tonal ranges, plus the flexibility to make decisions during post-production. Let's take a look at a few examples. We'll go up a project level here, and navigate to bin 11. And holding on a modifier key, I'll open up that bin. I've got two examples here, and I'll just show you one to begin with. The benefit of raw video is that you're going to have a lot of flexibility while the footage looks this way. In fact, you have control. Let's reveal this in the project for a second. There we go.
