- So I'm here in my Chapter 6_3 project that you can find in your projects events, and this is just our continuation of talking about 360 effects inside of Final Cut Pro, and I have my effects browser opened up here at the side. In the last movie we took a look at why it's important to use first of all, 360 blurs as well as 360 glows. The next thing that we want to take a look at is the 360 sharpen effect, and the potential importance of softening your footage. This can kind of be seen already here in the 360 viewer, where you tend to watch an experience in a head mounted display. Although you have this beautiful 4K footage, it does tend to break down a little bit, and almost be, or could be perceived as a little bit blurry. The nature of the compression that's used on certain videos, as well as being hosted on certain social media platforms can have something to do with that, but your video can go a long way with a little bit of sharpening.
