Working with Hue vs. Saturation Curves

- The Lumetri Engine provides robust color correction and color grading controls right inside of Premiere for video editors. This newest version really goes beyond the previous color curve, which used a doughnut-type shape, and gives you additional controls. Let's take a look at the first method, which is hue versus saturation. You'll find this new curve at the bottom here, and this one takes the place of the previous Hue dialog that used a wheel. In fact, any of those adjustments will be automatically translated. What happens, in this case, is that you could take a particular color and adjust its saturation. For example, let's take the eyedropper here and sample the blue, and you see it adds a series of control points, one on the outside of each end to anchor and one in the middle. And if we click again with the eyedropper, on the rocks here, it adds another control point. Now what I could do is adjust the saturation.
