An overview of the Essential Sound panel
- The Essential Audio Panel gives you the ability to take a lot of Adobe Audition's power and access it right inside of Premiere. This makes it easier for video editors to get access to useful effects without having to jump or switch between programs. Here is how it works. Let's close this multi-track project we were working with, and I'll save and capture all of my changes. There, it's saved as a multi-session project, which we can return to later. I'll make sure to browse and store that in the correct folder. There it is. Save. Now back here in Premiere Pro, you'll notice the Essential Sound Panel. If it's not available, make sure you switch to the workspace for audio, and then reset to the saved layout. Once you've done this you should see the Essential Sound Panel. This makes it easier to work. I'm going to make the video tracks a little smaller, and drag up to make more room for audio. Now I can see things.
