- [Instructor] This course is all about repurposing content. Well what does this mean, especially in terms of video? Well, by reusing quality video content in various ways, you can simultaneously and efficiently, populate multiple channels and serve multiple audiences without spending much time creating brand new content. There are various ways that you can achieve this and I want to go over these briefly here. Then we'll get into more detail later in the course. One way to repurpose content is to re-edit the videos to cater to a new platform or new audience. This is often the most labor-intensive method of repurposing because it goes back to a full re-edit of the same assets, in order to prepare multiple videos for multiple purposes. These videos can be drastically different in structure, style, tone, and content. The only commonality is that they originated from the same raw asset pool.
