- We will create a activity code to represent the department's responsibility for the project. To do so, we're going to go to enterprise, and select activity codes. Here you will see that I'm under the project radio. To create the activity code, I'm going to select modify, and I can go ahead and select add to add a new activity code. As you see, I already have LinkedIn Learning. You can also choose the max length of activity codes that you would like to display. When it's done, close form. Now go ahead and add this specific activity codes that you would like. You can see that I've created author and content producer. You can use the arrows to indent them as you think fit. Once done, close form. Now, to apply the activity codes, I went ahead and found the column representing LinkedIn Learning.
