Converting a project to a baseline

- [Instructor] To convert another project to be a baseline, you do so by going to project, maintain baseline. Here, you're going to select add. You do get an option to save a copy of the current project as a new baseline, but our goal is to convert another project to a new baseline of the current project. Select okay. It will give you a form to choose from the project window. Here, I'm going to select the project that I want to convert by double clicking on it. And you can see that it's now the baseline of the project schedule. You can now assign this baseline so that you can compare your baseline to the current project schedule.
