Creating the work breakdown structure (WBS)

- [Instructor] To add a work breakdown structure, also known as a WBS, I need to ensure that my project is open. So I'm going to select it, right-click, open. And to add the WBS, I'm going to select a WBS icon, to the left side of the screen. Now, under the head there, I'm going to right-click and select add. I'll go ahead and add two more. And I'm going to name the first one Close Out, Recording, and Script. Now I'm going to use the arrows to the right side of my screen to re-order and have Close Out below. To switch over to my activities window, I'll select the activities tab up top. And you can see that the order reflects my first input in the WBS window. To refresh, I'm going to select F5 on my keyboard. And now the order reflects the same way that is indented in the WBS window. Pretty easy, right?
