- [Instructor] To better understand the data date it is not the date that the report is printed, but rather the date that reflects when the update information was gathered. To select the data date you press the F9 key on your keyboard, or click the schedule icon. You can now select the current data date to reflect when the update information was gathered before clicking Schedule to reflect these changes.
