- [Instructor] To get you started with your shiny new P6 tool, I have included quite a few layouts that can be imported in. Now, you need to open up a project to be able to do so. Let's select the City Center Office Building Addition project, right click, select open, and in the dropdown, you want to select is Layout, Open, if the prompt comes up, select No. You then select Import. Now, you want to make sure that you save these files at a location that you remember. Once you have them, be sure to unzip the files. Hope you love your new gift!
