- [Instructor] When you want to run a schedule report, there are three options to go with. The steps you take is going to be based on the results you want. You can run a schedule report by clicking the Reports icon. Here, you will see many options available to you. Let's go ahead and run the activity status report. To do so, I'm going to right-click, go to Run and select Report. I'm going to choose to do a Print Preview. Once you select okay, you will see that it automatically generates a report for you. Now another option is for us to go to the Activities window. You can press F9 or select the Schedule icon. Here you need to ensure that Log to file is checked and click Schedule. Go ahead and press F9 again and this time we're going to select to view the log. Here you will see a detailed report based on the strength of your schedule with a warning section that shows activities without predecessors or successors, all the sequence activities or the Exceptions section that shows Critical…
