- [Male Instructor] To run a schedule comparison in Visualizer, you need to select tools, and open up Visualizer. Once open, you want to select the dropdown and you will see there's a schedule comparison tab. Go ahead and select that. You can go ahead and create a new layout or create a new one from an existing layout, or open it. Next, you want to select the options. This gives you the ability to select different files from your Primavera P6 standalone. I'm going to select these two files and I'm just going to go ahead and select to add and select save and draw. You will notice that it gives you a report showing the differences between both schedules and you can actually use this to see if there are any bottlenecks, changes made to logic, or anything that would be a potential threat to your project. I hope this is one of many ways you can keep your contractors on track.
