- [Instructor] Once you've made changes to your schedule and are ready to commit to these changes, you want to press the F9 key, or select the Schedule icon. With the pop-up form, you want to make sure to select the current data date. In this case, we're going to go with the Thursday, March 28, and select Schedule. Once you schedule, this will update your project schedule and calculate the flow. As you can see, we're now three days late according to the flow. You'll be using this a lot.
