Setting baselines for multiple projects

- [Instructor] To set baselines for multiple projects, you can do so by opening the Maintain Baseline form. Here, you will notice that one of the project already has a baseline. You can add a new baseline by selecting both projects, select Add, and you have a choice to Save a copy of the current project as a new baseline or Convert another project to a new baseline of the current project. I'll keep it as is and select OK. You now notice that both projects have a new baseline. The next step is to assign a specific baseline to the project. Under the Project, you can select a specific project, and for the Project Baseline, you can actually select a baseline associated with that project. Do keep in mind that the current project baseline displays the plan dates from the current schedule, and this will noW be shown as a baseline.
