- [Instructor] UX/UI design is a collaborative effort which means there's a pretty good chance there will be a mix of PCs and Macs in the process. To this point, everything that we've done has been somewhat Mac based because Sketch and Principle are limited to the Mac platform. Well, one of the newer features added to Principle is the ability to import designs from Figma, so you can design anywhere on any platform, import it into your cloud account at Figma and then use the desktop app. So Figma is a cloud based design tool much like UXPin and Proto.io that makes it the ideal tool for team collaboration. Now, I'm not going to get into Figma. If Figma does intrigue you I suggest you check out this course by Brian Wood over here at LinkedIn Learning. Figma is a great design tool but it does not allow for prototyping or micro interactions. Which is where Principle fits in.
