- Now let's dive under the hood of the Solina V. While the main section was divided into two sections similar to our Farfisa organ, bass and treble, under the hood we have five primary sections. We have a master section, which covers some basics like after touch and velocity, we have an LFO section, a bass section, an upper resonator, and an effects section. I'm going to start with our LFO because it's one of the first times in this course that we're really diving into an LFO or low frequency oscillator, and it can really be used to generate some cool sounds. So, in this case, our LFO is connected with our mod wheel, so I'm just going to go ahead and bring the mod wheel up, and let's go ahead and engage the LFO. So, when we engage sync, that will sync to the tempo of our daw, I'm also going to go ahead and disable violin and viola and I'm going to enable cello and bass. So we're dealing more with bass frequencies here. So as we go ahead and adjust the rate, let me do this manually…
