- [Instructor] All right, now that we've called up a couple of different presets, I want to talk about building quick patterns, okay? So, each of these presets has it's own patterns and they're very easy to clear just by hitting the clear button. So let's play this (Techno music) I'm going to put it on one (music slows down) okay, (music stops) maybe I'm not totally in love with that, I can actually just hit the clear button and start from scratch. So there are a couple of different ways to edit these patterns, okay, we've got the grid up here that actually can be very handy, but it's a little complicated to start with, so I'm going to jump down here to edit mode, and I'm going to go to pattern edit, okay. What pattern edit is going to allow me to do is actually create individual patterns for each of my individual drum sounds, kick, snare, rim, clap and so on. So if I click on kick, (single kick drum) I'm going to see that I have sixteen steps, This is reminiscent of the Roland…
