- [Instructor] When editing audio, you will commonly need to make some adjustments at the start or end of a clip to avoid sudden transitions, unnatural or abrupt endings, or clicks and pops. You may also need to smooth out the junction Let's take a look at some examples. We'll start with fade-ins and fade-outs. Now you can use these to smooth out the start for aesthetic effect.
