- [Instructor] Now let's dive into some of the more advanced features of DX7V and create some sounds together. So I'm back on our default patch, this ROM EPN01, and let's go for something that's kind of spacey and atmospheric, maybe a film score sound that we'll create first by changing the output configuration, and then going under the hood to change envelopes, mod settings, and layers of our operator. Alright, I'm going to go and first change from five (synthesized music) I think for this one, I like 12. (synthesized music) We'll just stick with that one. But what I will do is maybe bring the cutoff down a little bit, get rid of some of that high frequency again. (synthesized music) Okay, now let's go under the hood. I'm going to click on our two arrows, and you can see we can bring up all of the advanced settings here. So this is divided into a few different sections.
